Abstract

[ES] Oslo es una de las ciudades de crecimiento más rápido en Europa. En respuesta a la limitación de oportunidades de expansión que se presentan, tanto por su topografía como por los bosques protegidos alrededor de la ciudad, se propone desarrollar como un área de desarrollo una zona industrial existente, fuertemente edificada. Con este motivo, se reflexionara sobre el mantenimiento del carácter industrial de la zona para promover un desarrollo que utiliza la historia como cimiento para crear nuevas oportunidades y previene su destrucción. Al mismo tiempo, se pretende por una parte, respetar el paradigma del desarrollo urbano actual, proponiendo edificios con fines residenciales y recreativos, y por otra cuestionar si la producción puede volver a ser una parte integral y natural de las funciones urbanas que nos rodean a diario. Como intervención se propone la yuxtaposición de una zona de producción de verduras y hortalizas, un mercado que se basa en el cultivo, y un conjunto de ¿residencia compartida¿, donde la interacción social es imprescindible. Este proyecto formara un ejemplo que se podría extrapolar en una serie de intervenciones para devolver vida urbana a un ámbito formado por un sistema industrial.

The intervention includes the juxtaposition of a green production formed by a vertical farm system, a market that profits from the in-place cultivation, and a set of "communal residences", where social interaction is essential. This project will form an example that could be extrapolated in a series of interventions to restore urban life to a system formed by an industrial network.
