Abstract

[ES] En esta memoria pretendemos analizar e introducir los aspectos tenidos en cuenta para lo que será el proyecto de un complejo gastronómico bajo la premisa de ́ ́slow food ́ ́. El programa que se nos plantea se adapta perfectamente al municipio del Palmar ya que nos permitirá un máximo aprovechamiento de los espacios creados por y para la albufera. Lo que nos motiva a proyectar en este lugar es la cantidad de oportunidades que nos brinda su paraje. En nuestra posición el punto más importante será la relación entre lo urbano y lo rural, entre edificación y cultivo. Se nos aporta un área de intervención de unos 10.000m2 en los que encontramos la actual trilladora del tocayo y un campo de arroz. La parcela está situada al oeste del municipio dando por una lado al canal que conduce a la albufera y por otro lado a la edificación del centro urbano. A continuación presentaremos una serie de puntos que nos ayudarán a entender nuestro proyecto así como su programa.
