Diseño y construcción de las instalaciones de procesado de pistacho para 500 ha en Balsa de Ves (Albacete)

Abstract

[ES] Con motivo del aumento de los cultivos leñosos en la comunidad autónoma de Castilla La-Mancha en estos últimos años, se ve en la necesidad de construir estructuras destinadas al procesado de estos cultivos. Dentro de estos cultivos destaca el pistacho (Pistacia vera L), que sus necesidades de cultivo son muy similares a las condiciones climáticas que se dan en esta comunidad, por ello se esta viendo incrementada las plantaciones de dicho cultivo. El fácil cultivo de pistacho choca con el gran inconveniente que tiene su procesado, siendo este muy meticuloso y se debe realizar en un margen de tiempo establecido, siendo esto el mayor problema al no encontrarse muchas industrias de procesado en esta zona. Por tanto, con este diseño tiene como objetivo dimensionar el procesado y albergar la maquinaria necesaria para el correcto cultivo del pistacho en la explotación. La explotación se encuentra en el termino municipal de Balsa de Ves (Albacete) conformada por 500 ha destinada al cultivo del pistacho. El diseño consta del dimensionado de la estructura y las instalaciones eléctrica, hidráulica y de saneamiento. Las dimensiones se justifican a partir del dimensionado de la línea de procesado, de la maquinaria agrícola y otras zonas destinadas al almacenamiento, oficinas y un taller.

[EN] Due to the increase in woody crops in the autonomous community of Castilla La Mancha in recent years, it has become necessary to build structures for processing these crops. Among these crops, pistachio (Pistacia vera L) stands out, as its cultivation needs are very similar to the climatic conditions in this community, which is why the plantations of this crop are increasing. The easy cultivation of the pistachio nut clashes with the great disadvantage of its processing, which is very meticulous and must be carried out within an established time frame, this being the biggest problem as there are not many processing industries in this area. Therefore, the aim of this design is to dimension the processing and to house the machinery necessary for the correct cultivation of pistachios on the farm. The farm is located in the municipality of Balsa de Ves (Albacete) and consists of 500 ha for pistachio cultivation. The design consists of the dimensioning of the structure and the electrical, hydraulic and drainage installations. The dimensions are justified on the basis of the dimensioning of the processing line, the agricultural machinery and other areas for storage, offices and a workshop.
