Construcción en madera de un modelo de casa turística en Cehegín (Murcia)

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene como objeto la creación de un modelo de casa turística rural para su construcción en el casco antiguo de Cehegín. El pueblo de Cehegín se encuentra situado en la parte noroeste de la región de Murcia, consta de una superficie de 29.929 hectáreas donde la mayoría son paisaje natural o agrícola, pretendiendo el aprovechamiento de este entorno rural junto con las rutas turísticas existentes además de los diferentes yacimientos, construcciones antiguas e historia presente en el municipio. Por otra parte, la construcción de este mobiliario solucionaría el problema actual del mal estado en el que se encuentran las construcciones del lugar donde se pretende instalar estas casas turísticas. Debido al paso del tiempo y la dejadez sobre estos edificios, encontramos casas derrumbadas en su mayoría y con escasa seguridad, creando una zona peligrosa para cualquier persona que recorra el lugar. La estructura que se proyecta esta compuesta por madera maciza C24 y C18, y el conjunto de cálculos constructivos y la metodología empleada para llevarla a cabo se basa en el CTE SE-M y en el CTE SE-AE. El diseño realizado consta de dos plantas de 104 metros cuadrados cada una con una cubierta a dos aguas y el programa básico responde a servir de alojamiento auna unidad familiar. Con la utilización de madera como elemento estructural y principal en el diseño de la estructura, se pretendería promover el uso de elementos con baja huella de carbono y renovables además de promover la industria cercana en medida de lo posible. En el documento se plantearan los aspectos formales y contenidos mínimos requeridos por la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Agronómica y del Medio Rural, por lo que se establecerá en primer lugar una memoria, donde se incluirán los anejos que contendrán los cálculos para la creación de la estructura en madera. En el dimensionamiento de la estructura se verificará que cumple las condiciones de resistencia y de pandeo, realizando los pertinentes cálculos con ayuda del programa SAP2000. A su vez, se elaboraran los cálculos necesarios para la cimentación de la estructura, y el resto de los documentos del conjunto del proyecto como planos, pliego de condiciones y presupuesto.

[En] The present work has as object the creation of a model of a touristic rural house for its construction in the historic district of Cehegín. The village of Cehegín is situated in the northwest part of the region of Murcia and consists of an area of 29.929 hectares where the majority of it is landscape is natural or agricultural. Intending to take advantage of such with the existing touristic routes and the different deposits, old constructions and history present in the municipality. On the other hand, the construction of this furniture would solve the current problem of the bad state in which the constructions are in the location where these touristic houses are intended to be installed. Due to the passing of time and negligence on these buildings, demolished houses can be found creating a dangerous zone for any person that traverses the location. The structure is made of solid wood C24 and C18 and the set of calculations of such and the methodology used for this is based the CTE SE-M and the CTE SE-AE. It consists on two plants of 104 square meters each with a cover by two waters and thought for the accommodation of a family unit. With the use of wood as main structural element in the design of the structure it is intended to promote the use of elements with low carbon footprint and renewable ones as well as promoting the local industry to the extent possible. In the document formal aspects and minimal contents required by the Higher Technical School of Forest and Environmental Engineering are proposed. Therefore, a memory is first stablished where the annexes that will contain the calculations for the creation of the wooden structure are included. In the dimensioning of the structure, it will be verified that the conditions of the resistance and the bending are met performing the corresponding calculations with the help of the program SAP2000. In turn, the necessary calculations are elaborated for the foundations, and the rest of the documents in the set of the project such as blueprints, bid specifications and budget.
