VESTIGIOS DE UNA PÉRDIDA. PROYECTO DE AUTOEDICIÓN.

Abstract

[EN] This project has been developed by screen printing. A series of prints are presented, where it emphasizes on the stroke's expressiveness and texture; with the purpose of achieving more naturalness and character by means of text, as well as by the facts that are shown. Compiled in an artist´s book made of Belgian stitching, a variation on the cover holes¿ position is introduced to create greater dynamism. The papers¿ size is about twenty by twenty centimeters, and the whole book is twenty-one point five by twenty-one point five centimeters. Through the images, its gloomy character alludes to loneliness and pain after a loss; likewise, space dimensions in which they are located helps feeling the drowsiness produced by death.

[ES] Este proyecto lo hemos elaborado mediante la técnica de serigrafía. En él recogemos una serie de estampas donde enfatizamos la expresividad del trazo y la textura; con la finalidad de que se obtenga mayor naturalidad y carácter a través del texto, así como en los hechos que se muestran. Hemos recopilado cada una de ellas en un libro de artista con cosido belga, en el que, además, se introduce una pequeña variación en la posición de los agujeros situados en las cubiertas; con lo que pretendemos crear mayor dinamismo. El tamaño de los cuadernillos es de veinte por veinte, y el conjunto tiene unas medidas de veintidós por veintidós. Aludimos a la soledad y el dolor tras una pérdida a través del carácter sombrío de las imágenes, del mismo modo cuyas dimensiones del espacio en que se sitúan ayudan a sentir el ahogo psíquico que produce la muerte.
