ANÁLISIS, PROPUESTA DE MEJORA E IMPLANTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE CONSERVACIÓN DE LA CADENA DE FRÍO PARA EL SERVICIO LOGÍSTICO EN UNA EMPRESA DEL SECTOR DE LA DISTRIBUCIÓN

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal del presente proyecto es el análisis, diseño e implantación de un nuevo sistema que permita una mejor conservación de la cadena de frío en el servicio a domicilio en una empresa del sector de la distribución localizada a lo largo del arco mediterráneo. Para ello se realizará un análisis del entorno tanto macroeconómico como microeconómico usando diferentes herramientas y metodologías aprendidas durante el grado. Del mismo modo, se expondrá la problemática actual y las propuestas, valorando diferentes alternativas de solución y el proceso de selección de la más adecuada. A continuación, se expondrá el proceso de implantación de la solución, así como los resultados obtenidos y diferentes puntos de mejora a valorar. Todo ello, realizando un análisis económico donde se evalúen los diferentes costes y beneficios. Para terminar, se expondrá la planificación y gestión del proyecto y las conclusiones extraídas.

[EN] The main objective of this project is the analysis, design and implementation of a new system that allows a better conservation of the cold chain in home delivery in a company in the distribution sector located along the Mediterranean sea. To do this, an analysis of both the macroeconomic and microeconomic environment will be described using different tools and methodologies learned during the career. In the same way, the current problems and proposals will be presented, assessing different solution alternatives and the process of selecting the most appropriate one. Next, the implementation process of the solution will be explained, as well as the results obtained and different points of improvement to be assessed. All this, carrying out an economic analysis where the costs and benefits are evaluated. Finally, the planning and management of the project and the conclusions drawn will be presented.
