Viviendas colectivas y centro de barrio en Ruzafa

Abstract

[ES] Proyecto híbrido de espacio sociocultural y viviendas colectivas desarrolladas e ideadas para jóvenes y ancianos, integrado en la trama urbana de Ruzafa. El proyecto plantea dos sistemas muy distintos: por un lado, el espacio sociocultural, y por otro, el residencial. En el primero se sitúa el espacio destinado a estudio y coworking, el centro de día y el centro de formación; en el segundo, viviendas colectivas con espacios de uso común. El Centro de barrio es de uso público y se distribuye entre planta baja y planta primera. Marca el límite, tanto espacial como visual, entre lo residencial y lo público.

[EN] Hybrid project of sociocultural space and collective housing, developed and designed for young and elderly people, integrated into the urban fabric of Ruzafa. The project proposes two very different systems: on the one hand, the socio-cultural space, and on the other, the residential one. The former houses the study and coworking space, the day centre and the training centre, while the latter houses collective housing with communal spaces. The neighbourhood centre is for public use and is distributed between the ground floor and the first floor. It marks the boundary, both spatially and visually, between residential and public.
