Abstract

[ES] El edificio se encuentra en Na Jordana junto al antiguo cauce del río Turia,en el barrio del Carmen en Valencia. La parcela donde se desarrollará el programa, era en gran medida un solar sin construcción,destinado a aparcamiento, y el resto del suelo estaba ocupado por edificios. La idea del edificio es crear una construcción que a la vez que sirve de residencia de estudiantes, con su respectivo programa adaptado a las necesidades que puedan tener, sirva también para crear un espacio exterior que permite crear una zona tranquila que favorece la relación de los distintos usuarios
