La cuestión de la vivienda. Vivir en común

Abstract

[ES] Desde la revolución industrial, el éxodo del campo a la ciudad ha sido una máxima entorno a los núcleos industrializados. Los grandes movimientos de personas han sido los precursores de las más brillantes soluciones del vivir en común. Primero en occidente y más tarde en Europa oriental encontramos dos caminos para abordar un mismo problema. Arrancando en este hito histórico y llevando a cabo un recorrido cronológico por las mayores innovaciones en la tipología de la vivienda colectiva, se pretende llegar hasta los años iniciales de la Unión Soviética, posiblemente los años de mayor y más brillante desarrollo de soluciones para esta tipología. Además, se quiere dar voz a un método y un proceder al proyectar que destacó por su racionalismo y el pensamiento crítico de sus ejecutores. Se ha tomado el estudio y redibujado del proyecto de la Dom-Komuna Vladímirov y Barsch como aporte a la causa para poner en valor las investigaciones de aquel momento, extraer los conocimientos extrapolables al presente y motivar a todo estudiante o profesional a continuar con la investigación de la tipología.

[EN] Since the industrial revolution, the exodus from the countryside to the city has been a maxim around industrialised centres. The great movements of people have been the precursors of the most brilliant solutions for communal living. First in the West, and later in Eastern Europe, we find two ways of tackling the same problem. Starting from this historical milestone and taking a chronological journey through the greatest innovations in the typology of collective housing, the aim is to reach the early years of the Soviet Union, possibly the years of the greatest and most brilliant development of solutions for this typology. In addition, the aim is to echo a design method and procedure that stood out for its rationalism and the critical thinking of its executors. The study and redrawing of the Dom-Komuna Vladimirov and Barsch project has been taken as a contribution to the cause of highlighting the research of that time, extracting knowledge that can be extrapolated to the present and motivating any student or professional to continue researching the typology.
