Los estadios de fútbol europeos y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de Naciones Unidas

Abstract

[ES] Los estadios en el siglo XXI ejercen una gran influencia social y tienen un gran impacto en múltiples aspectos de la vida urbana. La cultura del deporte y de los espectáculos está en auge, convirtiendo a estas infraestructuras en focos de atracción de masas. Desde el punto de vista arquitectónico, la construcción de estos complejos, esencialmente estructuras de grandes dimensiones, posee un elevado coste económico, energético y material, con una considerable incidencia en aspectos sociales. Curiosamente, estas grandes obras están infrautilizadas en un porcentaje signif icativo de tiempo. El objeto del presente Trabajo Final de Grado es el estudio de cada uno de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la Agenda 2030 de Naciones Unidas aplicado a los estadios de fútbol europeos, continente en el que tradicionalmente ha tenido más arraigo. El análisis se formalizará en tres aspectos: estructura, infraestructura y club o utilización. Se trata de una guía de buenas prácticas en lo relativo a los ODS a la hora de diseñar, construir, mantener y/o demoler un estadio de fútbol, haciendo especial hincapié en referentes, medidas y acciones.

[EN] Stadiums in the 21st century exert a great social influence and have a major impact on many aspects of urban life. The culture of sport and entertainment is booming, turning these infrastructures into centres of mass attraction. From an architectural point of view, the construction of these complexes, essentially large structures, has a high economic, energy and material cost, with a considerable impact on social aspects. Curiously, these large works are underused for a signif icant percentage of the time. The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to study each of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda applied to European football stadiums, the continent in which they have traditionally been most deeply rooted. The analysis will be formalised in three aspects: structure, infrastructure and club or use. It is a guide to good practice in relation to the SDGs when designing, building, maintaining and/or demolishing a football stadium, with particular emphasis on references, measures and actions.
