[EN] Due to the strong awareness that an industry dedicated to weaving has with the environment and in order to reduce its carbon footprint, it intends to satisfy a large part of its energy consumption using renewable energy, making the production process more sustainable and clean. For this reason, this industry decides to install a photovoltaic system on the deck of its ship.
This work deals with the design, assembly and commissioning of this self-consumption facility under a regime without surpluses (RD 244/2019) of 237.44 kWp on the roof of the warehouse located in the municipality of Bocairent (Valencia).
Making use of the registered energy consumption and the meteorological data of the place, the optimal photovoltaic installation is designed, in such a way that it satisfies the demand as much as possible and making it more independent from the electrical network. Through the PVSyst software, its behavior is simulated and results are obtained on its performance. All this contributes to the drafting of a technical-economic report that allows drawing relevant conclusions.
After the sizing of the plant, the execution and start-up phase of the work is carried out. This part deals with each stage of the assembly following the planning carried out with the MS Project program that ends after its start-up and final legalizations.
Therefore, the photovoltaic installation will consist of 448 530 Wp photovoltaic modules installed by means of a coplanar structure anchored to the warehouse. Likewise, it will be necessary to install two 100 kWn inverters each, giving rise to a 237.44 kWp/200 kWn photovoltaic system. It is expected that during the first year of life, the facility will produce 336.9 MWh of clean energy, covering 24% of the factory's demand. In the economic aspect, the return on investment will be seven years with an IRR of 14.23%.
