Estudio del servicio de recogida de residuos sólidos urbanos y limpieza viaria del municipio de Xeraco (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] DESCRIPCIÓN Dado que se acaba la duración del contrato de recogida de RSU y la limpieza viaria, es necesario licitar un nuevo proyecto. Para ello se hace un análisis de la situación actual del municipio, a partir de datos aportados por el mismo ayuntamiento, el COR, Ecoembes y Ecovidrio. Se debe calcular la previsión de recogida de residuos y determinar el nuevo sistema de recogida estudiando las diferentes tipologías de puerta a puerta, mediante contenedores o mixto, y la elección del sistema de carga (trasera, superior, mixto, lateral) en función de la viabilidad de la solución, de la economía del ayuntamiento y del porcentaje de recogida de selectiva, para el cumplimiento de la normativa. Debe decidirse los elementos del servicio y las innovaciones tecnológicas como TAGS, cerraduras electrónicas, camión eléctrico o de GNC o de diésel... Para ello se utilizarán diferentes herramientas: excel , autocad, arcgis.

ALCANCE Se va a desarrollar la Normativa, el Análisis de la situación actual, la Problemática, el Estudio de soluciones, el Diseño y cálculo técnico de la solución adoptada, junto con un Cronograma y el Cálculo económico de la solución adoptada.

OBJETIVOS Gestión de los residuos sólidos. Bases técnicas, económicas y normativas de la planificación y gestión de los diferentes sistemas de transporte. Conocimiento de la problemática de los aspectos ambientales más relevantes y su tratamiento desde el punto de vista ingenieril, pero prestando asimismo especial atención a las implicaciones legales del problema. Adquisición de conocimientos del proceso proyectual, desde que un promotor tiene una idea hasta que ésta se plasma en una construcción, su posterior uso y mantenimiento, incluso desmantelamiento. Adquisición de conocimiento de búsqueda y filtración de la legislación de proyectos y obras. Conocimiento en finanzas y economía. Integración de redacción de proyectos y obras sostenibles para un mejor desarrollo urbano. Innovación en la gestión del transporte mediante implementación de tecnología electrónica.
