Integración de una instalación porcina de 1000 plazas de cebo en un sistema de agricultura regenerativa en el municipio de Sinarcas (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objetivo el diseño de un modelo de economía circular en el que estén relacionados los recursos de agricultura, ganadería y silvicultura. En primer lugar, se realizará el diseño de una explotación porcina de cerdo de cebo ibérico 50% con una capacidad de 1000 plazas distribuidas en dos naves de 500 plazas cada una, para que la producción porcina y agrícola puedan estar íntimamente unidos se ha elegido este tipo de raza apta tanto para el cebo intensivo como para el pastoreo. En segundo lugar, la explotación agrícola cuenta con un total de 5.3 hectáreas destinadas al cultivo de la vid, al comienzo el producto obtenido será destinado íntegramente a la cooperativa de Sinarcas, una vez asentadas todas las producciones se practicará el tipo de agricultura ecológica, de tal manera que la producción se destinará a bodegas de la zona que actualmente elaboran vinos ecológicos. Por otro lado, se encuentra el cultivo del olivo, éste va a ser el más ligado a la explotación porcina ya que en él se hará un estudio de la viabilidad de la salida de los animales a campo, es un estudio que se tiene que hacer a largo plazo es por ello que ésta superficie va a ser la zona de estudio. Finalmente hay una zona de pinar maderable cuyos recursos será utilizados en ambas explotaciones. Se diseñará un sistema producción circular en el que todas las producciones interactúen entre ellas de manera que no solo se saque un beneficio económico de la producción final, sino que se compruebe que todas se pueden ayudar de una manera sostenible aprovechando los recursos que proporcionan mitigando o reduciendo al máximo los impactos medioambientales que puedan ocasionar si no trabajasen juntas.

[EN] The objective of this end-of-degree project is to design a circular economy model in which agriculture, livestock and forestry resources are related. First of all, the design of a 50% Iberian fattening pig farm will be carried out with a capacity of 1000 seats distributed in two warehouses with 500 seats each one, so that pig and agricultural production can be closely linked, this type of breed has been chosen, suitable both for intensive baiting and for grazing. Secondly, the agricultural exploitation has a total of 5.3 hectares destined to the cultivation of the vine, at the beginning the product obtained will be destined entirely to the Sinarcas cooperative, once all the productions are established, the type of ecological agriculture will be practiced, in such a way that the production will go to wineries in the area that currently make organic wines. On the other hand, there is the cultivation of the olive tree, this is going to be the one most linked to the pig farm since in it a study will be carried out on the feasibility of leaving the animals in the field, it is a study that has to be done In the long term, this is why this area will be the study area. Finally, there is an area of timber pine forest whose resources will be used in both farms. All of them can be seen related since the resources that one does not need can be beneficial for the others, the pig farm provides fertilizer for the field, in addition to the study of the field trip, the area of timber pine forest the fallen branches of the trees and these are contributed to the crop as a cover, the cultivation area has implanted a vegetal cover that once mowed will be provided to the animals as food. The agricultural exploitation will become a practice of regenerative agriculture, in which measures will be installed for the care of the crop, directing it towards ecological production, as well as implementing measures to avoid the loss of soil and water. Thus, making a circular production cycle in which all the farms interact with each other in such a way that not only an economic benefit is obtained from the final production, but it is verified that all can help each other in a sustainable way, taking advantage of the resources they provide, mitigating or minimizing the environmental impacts that they may cause if they do not work together.
