[ES] El presente trabajo de final de grado pretende detallar el proceso de creación de un viaje combinado, con Francia e Italia como destinos principales, inspirado en el conocido Grand Tour adaptado a nuestros tiempos. Se describen las características y aportaciones del Grand Tour como precursor del turismo moderno, siguiendo las especificaciones de un viaje combinado que permita conocer al turista el itinerario real del Grand Tour, además de las principales atracciones culturales visitadas. De este modo, la propuesta técnica del viaje combinado está encabezada por un estudio de identificación de la demanda cuya finalidad es adecuar dicho viaje a los potenciales clientes. A continuación, se lleva a cabo la selección de destinos y el itinerario comercial, con un marcado carácter cultural y de ocio, seguidos de la elaboración del presupuesto del viaje, previa cotización de todos los servicios incluidos. Tras analizar la viabilidad del viaje a partir de los márgenes para la agencia y el índice de ocupación, se analizan ofertas similares existentes. Para finalizar, se plantean una serie de acciones para la distribución y promoción del viaje combinado propuesto. Con ello, este trabajo de final de grado tiene en cuenta las nuevas tendencias de turismo, que pasan por la elección de alojamientos con sello de sostenibilidad, además de la utilización medioambientalmente responsable de los medios de transporte y el respeto hacia los bienes y las comunidades locales.

[EN] This final degree project aims to detail the process of creating a package holiday, with France and Italy as main destinations, inspired by the well-known Grand Tour adapted to our times. It describes the characteristics and contributions of the Grand Tour as a forerunner of modern tourism, following the specifications of a package holiday that allows tourists to learn about it. In this way, the technical proposal of the package trip is headed by a demand identification study whose purpose is to adapt the trip to potential clients. Next, the selection of destinations and the commercial itinerary are carried out, with a marked cultural and leisure character, followed by the elaboration of the budget. After analyzing the viability of the trip based on the margins for the agency and the occupancy rate, similar existing offers are analyzed. Finally, there are proposed actions for the promotion of the trip. This final degree project considers the new tourism trends, by the choice of accommodation with a sustainability seal, the responsible use of transport and the respect for local communities.
