Plan de Acción Local del conjunto de los municipios de Picanya y Paiporta (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] Con el objetivo de alcanzar la sostenibilidad social, económica y medioambiental en los entornos urbanos, la Agenda Urbana Española 2030 (AUE) elaboró una guía para implementar Planes de Acción, que actúan junto con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) para conseguir un desarrollo equitativo, justo y sostenible desde sus distintos campos de actuación. En este trabajo, se emplea la metodología de la AUE a nivel municipal y se propone la elaboración del Plan de Acción Local del conjunto de los municipios de Picanya y Paiporta (Valencia), con 11.500 y 25.000 habitantes respectivamente. Se elaborará en primer lugar, un diagnóstico de situación que identifique los problemas existentes, analizando los condicionantes de desarrollo de los municipios; en segundo lugar, una matriz DAFO (Debilidades, Amenazas, Fortalezas y Oportunidades) en la que se recogen las potencialidades y limitaciones; por último, una propuesta de solución con diferentes actuaciones para los objetivos marcados.

[EN] With the aim of achieving the social, economic and environmental sustainability in the urban areas, the Spanish Urban Agenda 2030 (AUE) developed a guide based on how to implement the action plans that work together with the Sustainable and Development Goals (SDG) to achieve an equal, fair and sustainable development from its several action fields. For this work, it has been used the methodology of the AUE at the municipal level and it has been proposed the elaboration of the local action plan for the municipalities of Picanya and Paiporta, both located in the province of Valencia. Their populations are composed of 11.500 and 25.000 residents respectively. For creating the action plan, the following elements will be elaborated. First of all, a diagnose of the situation to identify and assess the main challenges by analyzing the development of the municipalities. Secondly, a SWOT matrix will be created in order to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. At the end, it will be presented a proposal to solve the defined objectives along with the actions to be implemented.
