Proyecto de Servicio Público de transporte urbano del municipio de Sagunto (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] El actual sistema urbano de transporte público del municipio de Sagunto se encuentra, por un lado, obsoleto, y por otro, desbordado. Es por ello que, mediante un profundo análisis y diagnóstico de la situación actual del servicio se articulan una serie de propuestas y mejoras del mismo. Estas mejoras y propuestas quedan recogidas en el Proyecto de Servicio Público (PSP) que regirá, para los próximos 10 años, las condiciones en las que debe establecer el servicio de transporte público urbano de Sagunto.

Para el desarrollo del trabajo se ha empleado la demanda de viajeros facilitada tanto desde el Ayuntamiento de Sagunto como del actual operador. Se ha analizado el PMUS que actualmente se encuentra vigente en Sagunto, así como los documentos oficiales relacionados con el desarrollo de los nuevos polígonos industriales de Sagunto y las nuevas concesiones que desde la ATMV se van publicando y que conectan al municipio de Sagunto con Valencia. Además, se ha realizado varias campañas de encuestas, tanto online como a bordo del autobús. También se ha realizado tres talleres participativos, cada uno desarrollado y enfocado a un grupo específico (y representativo) del municipio de Sagunto. En la fase de diagnóstico, mediante análisis de BigData por telefonía, se ha analizado la actual movilidad de Sagunto.

[EN] The current urban public transport system in the municipality of Sagunto is, on the one hand, obsolete, and on the other, overwhelmed. That is why, through a thorough analysis and diagnosis of the current situation of the service, a series of proposals and improvements are articulated. These improvements and proposals are included in the Public Service Project (PSP) that will govern, for the next 10 years, the conditions under which the urban public transport service of Sagunto must be established.

For the development of the work, the passenger demand provided by the Sagunto City Council and the current operator has been used. The PMUS currently in force in Sagunto has been analyzed, as well as the official documents related to the development of the new industrial estates of Sagunto and the new concessions published by the ATMV that connect the municipality of Sagunto with Valencia. In addition, several survey campaigns have been carried out, both online and on board the bus. Three participatory workshops have also been carried out, each one developed and focused on a specific (and representative) group of the municipality of Sagunto. In the diagnostic phase, by means of BigData analysis by telephone, the current mobility of Sagunto has been analyzed.
