BALANCED SCORECARD, PERSPECTIVA DE APRENDIZAJE Y CRECIMIENTO: UNA REVISION DE LA LITERATURA

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo de fin de máster (TFM) pretende hacer un análisis de la literatura sobre la perspectiva de ¿Aprendizaje y Crecimiento¿ del Balanced Scorecard (Cuadro de Mando Integral / Kaplan y Norton), con el objetivo de dar una visión innovadora sobre el impacto de dicha perspectiva en las organizaciones. Se pretende encontrar y analizar aquellos trabajos que aportan conocimiento acerca de la relación positiva causa-efecto entre la inversión en el desarrollo del talento humano en las organizaciones y el incremento del rendimiento a nivel de empresa asociado a dicha inversión. Para ello, se revisarán tanto los trabajos que aporten métodos, modelos, frameworks, etc. para encontrar dicha relación causa-efecto, como aquellos otros que basen sus aportaciones de una manera más empírica a través de casos de estudio.

[EN] The master’s thesis (TFM) aims to analyze the literature on the "Learning and Growth" perspective of the Balanced Scorecard (Balanced Scorecard / Kaplan and Norton), with the objective of providing an innovative view on the impact of said perspective in organizations. The goal is to find and analyze the publications that provide knowledge about the positive cause-and-effect relationship between investing in developing the human talent in organizations and the increase of company-level performance associated with this investment. To this end, the publications that provide methods, models, frameworks, etc., as well as empirical contributions through case studies are reviewed to identify and extract this cause-and-effect relationship.
