Abstract

[EN] The new paradigm of organizational management reserves a key role for the management of Crowdsourcing, and the so-called Masscapital. The management of this last element is vital in a new era where the so-called "Open Innovation Structures or Masscapital" play an increasingly relevant role. However, the literature has focused more on the relevance of creowdsourcing and the so-called Masscapital in the generation of resources and capabilities to the company, than on how to manage its performance and development. This paper focuses on the management of Crowdsourcing and Masscapital within the new conceptions of "Open Innovation Organional Structures or Masscapital". After highlighting the relevance of Crowdsourcing and Masscapital in organizations, and once established the essential elements of design of these structures, the work focuses on the key elements of their management, highlighting important elements in the management of Masscapital. The work provides real examples of these organizations in companies, as well as the limitations of their use, management and practical development.
