dc.description.abstract [EN] In Chile, since the ratification in 2008 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN 2006), laws and regulations have been developed in this area, being essential in them to guarantee accessibility. The purpose of putting these guarantees into practice for a group of university students with disabilities at the University of Concepción, in Chile is that in 2014 the INCLUDEC (Interdisciplinary Program for Inclusion) was created, whose objective has been to promote an intersectoral view on the inclusion of people with disabilities. This article describes the contributions of the INCLUDEC Program, mainly in the area of accessibility, of an educational institution that has a campus (Campus Concepción) declared a National Monument and how the interdisciplinary look of the program has allowed the development in the institution of inclusive practices, which are a national and international reference in the approach to this issue. The conclusion of this review shows that to continue advancing on the issue of accessibility, the INCLUDES volunteer program must move towards a necessary institutionalization as a directorate or unit, which maintains the condition of intersectoral operation and with a transversal view of the accessibility issue. es_ES
dc.description.abstract [ES] En Chile, desde la ratificación en 2008 de la Convención sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad (ONU 2006), se han desarrollado leyes y reglamentos en esta materia, siendo imprescindibles en ellos garantizar la accesibilidad. El propósito de poner en práctica estas garantías para un grupo de estudiantes universitarios con discapacidad de la Universidad de Concepción, en Chile, es que en 2014 se creó el INCLUDEC (Programa Interdisciplinario para la Inclusión), cuyo objetivo ha sido promover una mirada intersectorial sobre la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad. En este artículo se describen los aportes del Programa INCLUDES, principalmente en el área de accesibilidad, de una institución educativa que cuenta con un campus (Campus Concepción) declarado Monumento Nacional y cómo la mirada interdisciplinaria del programa ha permitido el desarrollo en la institución de prácticas inclusivas, que son un referente nacional e internacional en el abordaje de esta temática. La conclusión de esta revisión muestra que, para seguir avanzando en el tema de accesibilidad, el programa de voluntariado INCLUDES debe avanzar hacia una necesaria institucionalización como dirección o unidad, que mantenga la condición de funcionamiento intersectorial y con una mirada transversal del tema de accesibilidad. es_ES
