Del Minka al Danchi.Análisis social de Japón mediante la vivienda colectiva durante su proceso de Occidentalización

Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto consiste en entender la visión del ciudadano japonés en lo que se considera su primer cambio brusco de estilo. Este periodo fue cuando el país se abrió al mundo y recibió nueva tecnología, nueva manera de pensar, una arquitectura diferente...; se occidentalizó. Tras estos cambios se busca sacar una conclusión propia de como la mentalidad japonesa ha hecho evolucionar su vivienda colectiva, que es un tipo de vivienda que responde muy bien al ciudadano y al entorno. El estudio consiste en analizar mediante el ORIGEN, el ESPACIO y el PENSAMIENTO lo que considero los tres tipos de vivienda que han estado en este proceso, que son el MINKA (la vivienda tradicional japonesa), el DOJUNKAI (primeras viviendas influenciadas por occidente) y el DANCHI (bloque de viviendas en altura, viviendas asociadas a occidente, simil a las comunas). Durante el proceso se estudiarán varios conceptos asociados a las distintas etapas que pertenecen los 3 tipos de vivienda y se empleará una referencia de cada una.

[EN] This project consists of understanding the vision of the Japanese citizen who is considered his first abrupt change of style. This period was when the country opened up to the world and received new technology, a new way of thinking, a different architecture...; it was westernized. After these changes, we seek to draw our own conclusion about how the Japanese mentality has evolved its collective housing, which is a type of housing that responds very well to the citizen and the environment. The study consists of analyzing through the ORIGIN, the SPACE and the THOUGHT that I consider the three types of housing that have been in this process, which are the MINKA (the traditional Japanese house), the DOJUNKAI (first houses influenced by the West) and the DANCHI (high-rise housing block, housing associated with the West, similar to communes). During the process, various concepts associated with the different stages that belong to the 3 types of housing will be studied and a reference from each one will be used.
