Plan de Acción Local del municipio de Godella (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] El territorio se encuentra en constante cambio y evolución. Para que esa transformación pueda llevarse a cabo, el territorio ha de enfrentarse a diferentes retos. La Agenda Urbana Española 2030 (AUE) plantea la elaboración de Planes de Acción como herramienta para ello y buscar posibles soluciones a esos problemas. Este plan actúa, junto con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible lanzados por la ONU, para conseguir el desarrollo sostenible de las ciudades en materia social, económica y ambiental. En este trabajo, se aplica la metodología de la AUE a nivel municipal y se propone el desarrollo del Plan de Acción Local del municipio de Godella, situado en la provincia de Valencia. Actualmente cuenta con alrededor de 13000 habitantes y su actividad empresarial se engloba mayoritariamente dentro del sector Servicios. Se estudiará y enfocará en los diez ejes que el Plan de Acción Local recoge a través de: en primer lugar, un análisis pormenorizado de las distintas variables condicionantes del desarrollo urbano y territorial del municipio; la elaboración de un diagnostico mediante la identificación de Debilidades, Amenazas, Fortalezas y Oportunidades (DAFO); y finalmente, la propuesta de solución mediante el diseño del Plan de implementación de la estrategia.

[EN] The territory is constantly changing and evolving. In order for this transformation to take place, it has to face different challenges. The Spanish Urban Agenda 2030 (AUE) proposes the development of Action Plans as a tool for this and to seek possible solutions to these problems. This plan acts, together with the Sustainable Development Goals launched by the UN, to achieve the sustainable development of cities in social, economic and environmental matters. In this project, the methodology of the UA is applied at the municipal level and the development of the Local Action Plan of the municipality of Godella, located in the province of Valencia, is proposed. It currently has around 13000 inhabitants and its business activity is mainly in the service sector. It will be studied and focused on the ten axes that the Local Action Plan includes through: firstly, a detailed analysis of the different conditioning variables of the urban and territorial development of the municipality; the elaboration of a diagnosis through the identification of Weaknesses, Threats, Strengths and Opportunities (SWOT); and finally, the proposed solution through the design of the Plan for the implementation of the strategy.
