Reavivación de la viticultura en Campillo de Altobuey mediante la regeneración del espacio de la Cooperativa San José y la implantación de la nueva bodega como hilo conductor hacia el Ventorro.

Abstract

[EN] Regeneration and extension of the current San José Cooperative located in Campillo de Altobuey (Cuenca). In addition to the current plot of the cooperative, the plot facing the aforementioned is added to create a route through the existing landmarks of the town and thus link the most representative circulations around the town. Specifically, the plan is to create a connecting bridge between the current cooperative and a landmark located to the northwest of it, the Ventorro, a characteristic windmill of La Mancha, which is currently restored and established as a monument. Thanks to the intervention, the aim is to dignify the area by enclosing the northern edge. It is worth mentioning the choice of the winery as the main element of the set of interventions, as a purpose of ''filling'' the emptied Spain, providing another landmark to the locality, since it would be a place to visit for ethnological tourism, and in addition, it would return to the roots of the cooperative, where the sale of wine in bulk and the times of harvest were a sign of local identity, thus, nowadays it would be lived what it was in the past. The winery focuses on the integration in the landscape and working by gravity in order to take into account the three "E's", economy, efficiency and ecology.

[CA] [ES] Regeneració i ampliació de l'actual cooperativa San José situada a Campillo de Altobuey (Conca). A més de l'actual parcel·la de la cooperativa, s'afig la parcel·la que enfronta la susdita per a crear un recorregut a través de les fites existents de la localitat i enllaçar així les circulacions més representatives entorn de la població. Específicament es planteja crear un pont d'unió entre l'actual cooperativa i una fita situada al Nord-oest d'aquesta, el Ventorro, un molí de vent característic de La Manxa, que actualment està restaurat i s'estableix com un monument. Gràcies a la intervenció es pretendrà dignificar la zona tancant la vora Nord. Cal esmentar l'elecció del celler com a element principal del conjunt d'intervencions, com un propòsit de "omplir" l'Espanya buidada, aportant una fita més a la localitat, ja que, suposaria un espai de visita per al turisme etnològic, i a part, es tornaria a les arrels de la cooperativa, on la venda de vi a granel i les èpoques de collita suposaven un senyal d'identitat local, així doncs, actualment es viuria això d'antany. El celler se centra en la integració en el paisatge i funcionant per gravetat per a d'aquesta manera tindre en compte les tres "E", economia, eficiència i ecologia.
