Plan local de prevención de incendios en el municipio de Olocau

Abstract

[ES] Resumen- Este TFG pretende hacer un análisis del plan de incendios actual del municipio de Olocau, mostrando sus debilidades y fortalezas. Tras esto realizar otro plan más adecuado a las necesidades actuales de la zona, dado que el escenario ha cambiado y necesita un nuevo enfoque. Los incendios siempre han existido y son parte del ciclo normal de los montes, pero actualmente la recurrencia de estos se ha vuelto un problema. Para afrontarlos a parte de tener un sistema de extinción potente, es necesario hacer unas buenas labores de prevención, aquí se va a centrar el TFG. Para formular este plan se comenzará con un análisis del municipio en la actualidad y se supondrá un futuro sin actuación, para analizar si es necesario realizar el plan o no. Tras esto se hará una zonificación según el riego de incendios, tras todo esto se definirán las diferentes actuaciones que se consideran necesarias para reducir lo máximo posible el daño que pueden causar los incendios en el municipio de Olocau.

[EN] Resumen (Inglés)- This TFG aims to make an analysis of the current fire plan of the municipality of Olocau, showing its weaknesses and strengths. After this, to make another plan more suitable to the current needs of the area, given that the scenario has changed and needs a new approach. Fires have always existed and are part of the normal cycle of the forests, but nowadays their recurrence has become a problem. In order to face them, apart from having a powerful extinguishing system, it is necessary to carry out good prevention work, and this is the focus of the TFG. To formulate this plan, we will start with an analysis of the municipality at present and we will assume a future without action, to analyse if it is necessary to carry out the plan or not. After this, a zoning will be made according to the risk of fire, after all this, the different actions that are considered necessary to reduce as much as possible the damage that can be caused by fires in the municipality of Olocau will be defined.
