Plan Parcial del sector urbanizable PAU 7 en el término municipal de San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante)

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo final de máster titulado Plan Parcial del sector urbanizable PAU 7 en el término municipal de San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante) donde se redactará un Plan Parcial el cual incluirá un estudio y análisis de diferentes alternativas de ordenación desde un punto de vista sostenible respetando la normativa vigente vinculante. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es estudiar, diseñar y justificar la ordenación pormenorizada que mejor se adapta al sector PAU 7 teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del municipio, los condicionantes actuales, y los criterios exigidos en el Texto refundido de la Ley 5/2014 de ordenación del territorio, urbanismo y paisaje, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 1/2021, de 18 de junio, del Consell, y del Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de 1990 de San Vicente del Raspeig (PGMO 1990).

[EN] This master's thesis titled " Plan Parcial del sector urbanizable PAU 7 en el término municipal de San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante)" will draft a Partial Plan that includes a study and analysis of different planning alternatives from a sustainable perspective, while respecting current binding regulations. The main objective of this work is to study, design, and justify the detailed planning that best suits the PAU 7 sector, taking into account the municipality's needs, current constraints, and the criteria required in the Consolidated Text of Law 5/2014 on territorial planning, urbanism, and landscape, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2021, of June 18, by the Consell, and the 1990 General Urban Development Plan of San Vicente del Raspeig (PGMO 1990).
