Rehabilitation of Civil Engineering Building of Silesian University

[ES] El tema de este TFM es la rehabilitación del Edificio de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad de Silesia, situado al este de la ciudad de Gliwice (Polonia). El edificio fue construido en los años 50. El trabajo llevado a cabo tiene como finalidad una hipotética rehabilitación; se identifican e investigan las patologías que afectan al edificio, y se dan las pertinentes recomendaciones para subsanarlas. También se incluye una programación de las obras y actividades necesarias, el desarrollo de los presupuestos y un estudio de los posibles usos que pueda tener el edificio en el futuro de acuerdo con la normativa legal, asimismo se revisan los métodos más habituales de evaluación de las estructuras de hormigón. Finalmente, se advierte que el estudio ha sido hecho conforme a la información disponible y que ha sido imposible acceder a la mayoría de las habitaciones, tomar fotografías, etc.

[EN] The subject of this Bachelor's Thesis is the rehabilitation of the Civil Engineering Building of Silesian University - in the East of Gliwice (Poland) - which was built approximately at 50s. The project is only a study of a hypothetical rehabilitation. The pathologies that the building may show have been identified and investigated and some recommendations for their disappearance have been given. The site planning and the scheduling of the works and activities have been included. A budget has been developed. The possible uses that the building may have in the future, according to the legal normative, with a view of the most common methods of the evaluation of concrete structures have been considered.
