dc.description.abstract This thesis surveys the current building energy regulations in the European Union, Hungary and Spain. Also, surveys the history of the use of prefabricated methods in house building. Then, applies calculations on a example of prefabricated building, defined by the national rules, and makes an analysis of them. The objective is to provide suggestions for improving the thermal behavior of the structure with the aim to improve its energy efficiency, using energy and environment conscious solutions. es_ES
