Estudio de eficiencia energética de una vivienda adosada en Murcia

Abstract

La sostenibilidad energética representa uno de los retos clave del siglo XXI, desde el punto de vista del consumo de recursos, el actual modelo de desarrollo no es sostenible. Mejorar la eficiencia energética suele ser la forma más barata, rápida y respetuosa con medio ambiente. La normativa europea trata de fomentar la eficiencia energética en edificios y viviendas con el fin de cuidar el medio ambiente. Hasta ahora en España sólo se exigía un documento semejante para los edificios de nueva construcción, pero Europa obliga a que este certificado lo posea toda vivienda que salga al mercado, tanto en venta como en alquiler y tanto si es nueva como si es de segunda mano. La certificación energética quiere ser una evaluación cuantitativa y objetiva del comportamiento energético del edificio. Para realizar esa evaluación del edificio, se ha establecido una metodología de cálculo, y para hacer llegar los resultados al usuario, una etiqueta tipo. Así pues en este proyecto se realizará un informe técnico consistente en una certificación energética de una vivienda ya construida, con el objeto de analizar aquellos elementos que definen dicha calificación y mostrar los principales programas que existen para la realización de dichos certificados. De esta manera poder facilitar la elección de uno u otro según las necesidades

The energetic sustainability represents one of the key challenges of the 21st century, from the point of view of resource consumption, the current model of development is unsustainable. Improving energy efficiency is often the cheapest, fastest and friendly environment to meet the world's energy needs. The European regulation tries to promote the energy efficiency in buildings and housings in order to take care of the environment. Up to now in Spain was only required a similar document for the buildings of new construction, but Europe requires that this certificate it has any housing that goes out to the market, both in sale and in rent and so much if it is new as if it is of the second hand. The energetic certification wants to be a quantitative and objective evaluation of the energy behavior of the building. For this evaluation of the building, a methodology of calculation has been established, and to show the results to the user, a label type. Thus, in this project a consistent technical report will be made in an energy certification of a house already built, with the aim to analyze those elements that define the qualification and show the main programs which exist for the realization of such certificates. In this way, being able to facilitate the choice of one or the other according to the needs.
