Berlin Spanisches Film Fest: a new intercultural communication initiative

Abstract

The purpose of be involved in this project is to help to expand the knowledge of the Spanish culture using the cinema as a channel of cultural transmission. The project has its main focus on the understanding of the current situation and the well comprehension among the German and the Spanish cultures launching a Spanish Film Festival in the capital of Germany, Berlin. Working together with the association which develops this new cultural proposal, it is going to be established a new annual meeting point between those cultures, trying to extend and adapt to the new times the current social relations.
