Propuesta de invetario y catalogación

Abstract

[EN] The master’s final work concentrates on the detailed account and the cataloguing of the cultural heritage as a management tool, to allow the preservation, protection and enhancement of the tangible and intangible heritage. This paper aims to go into detail about knowledge of cultural property and its concepts, to reach a better understanding and to tackle the project from a broader perspective. We also analyze the current situation of the inventory and cataloguing of the Cultural Heritage, the existent problems at the moment of cataloguing the properties and the management tools it has, examining for it, numerous online sources from different institutes and institutions dedicated to the cultural field. With all the gathered and processed information, we have generated a proposal for cataloguing tangible and intangible cultural goods. This proposal highlights a huge need to create a model that acts as a reference, where the terms, the classification methods and the dissemination to the public, among other things, acquire a standardized system

[ ES] El presente trabajo se centra en un análisis de las herramientas del inventario y catalogación del patrimonio cultural como instrumento de gestión para la salvaguarda, protección y puesta en valor del patrimonio material e inmaterial. Con este estudio se pretende profundizar en el conocimiento de los bienes culturales y sus conceptos, para llegar a un mayor entendimiento y poder abordar el proyecto desde una perspectiva más amplia. Asimismo, analizamos la situación actual del inventario y catalogación del Patrimonio Cultural, la problemática existente a la hora de catalogar los bienes y las herramientas de gestión disponibles, examinando para ello numerosas fuentes en línea de diferentes institutos e instituciones dedicadas al ámbito cultural. Con toda la información recogida y procesada, se ha generado una propuesta de catalogación para bienes culturales tanto materiales como inmateriales. Esta propuesta pone en evidencia la necesidad de crear un modelo que actué como referente, donde los términos, métodos de clasificación y difusión, adquieran un sistema estandarizado.
