Management of the legal process necessary for contracting of public works

[EN] In this project I intended to do a detailed analysis of the legal process necessary for contracting of public works, in (Spain) and Budapest (Hungary). Mentioned analysis I used to develop a guideline of legal steps that must be followed in order to hire a building contractor to start a project. To make the above, I had to study both laws. During this study I have focused particularly on the Spanish Public Sector Contracts Law due to project requirements. As for the Hungarian law I have read and have extracted some differences, although due to the two was under European directives, are more similarities than differences between the two. Contracts with public administrations in both countries are basically divided into those that are subject to directives of the European Union and those who are not, these differ essentially budget thresholds. The processes outlined in the first paragraph that are schematized in Annex, are the procedures to be followed for the award of a public contract. In Spain there are four procedures, two regular and two extraordinary, and depending on the type of contract, the terms of this or the budget allocated to it, one procedure or another will be chosen.
