Estudio de la eficiencia energética para edificios existentes

Abstract

[ES] Se trata de un proyecto de mejora de la eficiencia energética de edificios existentes aplicado a un edificio de La Rioja, en el norte de España. Los objetivos a alcanzar en este proyecto son: obtener una calificación energética lo más favorable posible de acuerdo con las exigencias del RD 235/2013, normativa pública que regula el proceso estándar de evaluación energética en España. Además, se pretende obtener un edificio rehabilitado que cumpla con los requisitos mínimos exigidos por la legislación para obra nueva. El segundo objetivo sería determinar los criterios de rehabilitación de las edificaciones incluidas en el ámbito de estudio, a través del análisis de este edificio en concreto, observando los porcentajes de reducción del impacto ambiental en cuanto a consumo de energía y emisiones de CO2. Para ello se realizarán mejoras en los sistemas materiales para alcanzar la máxima reducción dentro del ciclo de vida del edificio. Por último, se proponen las bases para establecer un procedimiento estándar de rehabilitación energética y mejora ambiental para este tipo de viviendas. La metodología ha consistido en recopilar información del edificio: planos, sistemas constructivos e instalaciones, consumos, perfiles de uso, clima, situación geográfica, etc.; elaborar un estudio de los impactos ambientales del edificio; establecer las estrategias de reducción de impacto ambiental y un perfil de impacto ambiental del edificio a partir de su rehabilitación energética, observando los porcentajes de reducción obtenidos en cada uno de los puntos estudiados.

[EN] This Bachelor’s Thesis develops a study to improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings applied to a building in La Rioja, in northern Spain. The objectives to be achieved in this project are: to get the most favorable energy rating in accordance with the requirements of RD 235/2013, current rule governing energy standard assessment process, this to get a renovated building that complies with the requirements to be met by new constructions. The second objective is to determine the criteria for rehabilitation of buildings within the area of study, through the analysis of this particular building, noting the rate of reduction of the environmental impact regarding energy consumption and CO2 emissions. For this, improvements will be made to achieve the maximum reduction in the lifecycle of the building. Finally, a proposal is made to establish the basis of a standard procedure for energy rehabilitation and environmental improvement for this type of housing. The methodology has been to gather information about the building: plans, building systems and facilities, energy consumption, usage profiles, climate, geographical location, etc.; conduct a study of the environmental impacts of the building; establish strategies to reduce environmental impact and profile environmental impact of the building from its energy rehabilitation noting the reduction percentages obtained in each of the points studied.
