Rehabilitación de una vivienda unifamiliar en el Núcleo Histórico Tradicional de Benimaclet. La Casa Chocolatera

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado ha sido realizado por Eva Herrero Tejada y tutorizado por Carmen Cárcel García y Luis Cortés Meseguer. Consiste en el estudio de una tradicional vivienda unifamiliar situada en el núcleo de Benimaclet llamada “La Casa Chocolatera”, en la que se vendía chocolate antiguamente, pasando a ser una tienda de comestibles posteriormente. En la actualidad, la tienda se ha trasladado fuera de la vivienda. De este modo, el recinto donde antes se ubicaba la tienda queda en desuso e intacto. Por este motivo, este estudio tiene como finalidad devolver el valor cultural de la casa al barrio de Benimaclet. Las medidas llevadas a cabo son: la resolución de la patología existente y la redistribución del espacio conforme a la normativa vigente. Así como la dotación de una nueva vivienda en la planta primera, que actualmente está siendo utilizada como almacén. El presente documento ha sido redactado en una segunda fase de realización del proyecto, después de realizar el trabajo de campo correspondiente a la toma de mediciones. [EN] This final degree work has been done by Eva Herrero Tejada under the guidance of Carmen Cárcel García and Luis Cortés Meseguer. It consists on studying a traditional single-family apartment placed in the core of Benimaclet called “La Casa Chocolatera” in which chocolate was sold in the past. After that, it was a grocery store. Nowadays, the store has been moved outside the apartment. In this way, the area where the store was before is whitout any use and intact. For this reasons, this study has as purporse in order to return the cultural value of the apartment to the Benimaclet neighbourhood. The activities carried out are: resolution of the current pathology and redistribution of the area according to the valid normative. Furthermore, the execution of a new apartment on the first floor, which has been used as a storage. This document has been written during the second development stage of this project. The first stage has been the field work with the measures taking. All the photos without mention that the project contains have been elaborated by the author of this project.
