El cos humà com a reflexe dels problemes de la societat contemporània

Abstract

[EN] We are dealing with a work of practic character that shows several problems with exist in our society. We focus to sexism, the problematic multilingualism and multiculturalism. That's how my sculpture project was borned, it is made in two pieces: one installation composed of six sculptures in which we treat sexism and the need of revival of the women; the other one consists of two sculptures that show the state that suffer the smaller societies like the valencian society because of the loss of their own culture. Both have as their center the human body and the need of integration of the text , the two fundamental keys of the project: body used like a central piece and the text as a communicative element, because in addition to its usual role of transmitting what is written, it works as a metaphor representing the language, the beginning of any society and culture.

[CA] Tractem un treball de caràcter practic, en el que es presenten diversos problemes que existeixen en la societat actual. Centrem la mirada en el masclisme i la «problemàtica» del plurilingüisme i la multiculturalitat. D'aquesta manera naix un projecte escultòric, que conforma dues peces: una instal·lació formada per sis obres en la que plantegem el masclisme i la necessitat de renàixer de la dona. I una sèrie de dues escultures en la que es mostra l'estat de pèrdua de cultura en societats minoritàries com la valenciana. Ambdues tenen com a centre el cos humà i la necessitat d'integració del text, els dos elements fonamentals al projecte: el cos utilitzat com a figura central de les peces i el text com a element més comunicatiu, ja que a més del seu paper habitual de transmetre allò que hi ha escrit, funciona com a metàfora representativa del llenguatge, base de tota societat i cultura.
