Proyecto estructural de edificio industrial de 1512m2 destinado a taller de chapa metálica situado en Cuart de Poblet

Abstract

[ES] El siguiente proyecto abarca el cálculo y diseño de una estructura industrial preparada para albergar su correspondiente proceso industrial. Este proceso consistirá en el montaje, preparación y pintura de diferentes objetos metálicos y estará ubicado en el polígono industrial de Cuart de Poblet (carretera de Madrid). La estructura proyectada se tratará de varias naves industriales a dos aguas adosadas entre sí, siendo una más larga que la otra y dejando abierta la posibilidad de una futura ampliación en caso de expansión empresarial. Las naves medirán 18x60 y 18x24 haciendo una superficie total de 1512m2. Los pórticos tendrán una separación de 6m y la altura de cumbrera será de 7.9m. La nave de mayor tamaño tendrá puente grúa. El desarrollo de éste trabajo se ha llevado a cabo empleando el software de cálculo CYPE 2016 para el dimensionamiento estructural así como el programa AutoCAD 2016 para el dibujo de planos.

[EN] The next project involves the computation and design of an industrial structure prepared to host its own manufacturing process. This process will consist of assembly, paint and preparation of different metallic objects and will be located in the industrial park of Quart de Poblet (Madrid highway). The proposed structure will consist of two industrial buildings gable roof attached to each other, being one longer than the other and leaving open the possibility of a future expansion if the company grows. The buildings will be 18x60 and 18x24 making a total area of 1512m2. The porches are spaced 6m apart and ridge height shall be 7.9m. The biggest building will have an overhead crane. The development of this work has been carried by using the software CYPE 2016 for the structural design and the AutoCAD 2016 program for drawing plans.
