Estudio Previo y Propuesta de Intervención en vivienda sita en Pza. Ajuntament, nº 10 de Bañeres (Alicante)

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo final de grado consiste en el estudio de una vivienda tradicional de 4 plantas, entre medianeras, en el término municipal de Banyeres de Mariola de la provincia de Alicante. Se planteó este proyecto ya que la propiedad piensa en un futuro realizar una reforma de la planta sótano y la planta bajo cubierta. Debido a la intranquilidad de los ocupantes de la vivienda por las vibraciones que notan al caminar y por el nivel de humedad que se presenta en la planta sótano se propuso estudiar la estructura para tener un primer estudio de cómo podría estar funcionando la estructura. Para el desarrollo de este estudio se ha modelizado y peritado la estructura con la aplicación Architrave. Para ello se ha invertido un tiempo considerable para el aprendizaje del programa y así poder calcular el conjunto de la estructura para analizar sus deformaciones y tensiones debido a la influencia de las cargas gravitatorias. Toda La documentación de la vivienda ha sido realizada a mano ya que, tras varias visitas al ayuntamiento de Banyeres de Mariola carecían de cualquier documentación sobre la casa debido a que esta no tiene protección ninguna, aunque este ubicada en el casco histórico del municipio. Al encontrarse en el casco antiguo la casa contiene características tradicionales de la zona, que hoy en día no se aprecian pero antiguamente no se concebía de otra manera.

[EN] This end-of-degree work consist in the study of a traditional dwelling which has 4 floors and is gathered diving walls. It is located in Banyeres de Mariola, a town in the city of Alicante. The project was planned thinking about restoring the basement and the undercover floor in the future. The owners of the building realised that there were some vibrations when they walk around it, coupled with a high level of humidity in the basement. For these reasons we proposed to carry out a previous study structure thoroughly. So that, we will know how the structure is running. For the development of this study, the structure has been modelled and judged with the Architrave application. For make this happen, it has been necessary to learn how to work with these program and also to be able to calculate the whole structure and analyse how their deformations and stresses efforts are influence by the gravitational loads. After several visits to the town council in Banyeres de Mariola it has been impossible to find any type of documentation about the dwelling. As a consequence, all the information in this work has been made by hand. This house presents some kind of traditional characteristics which years ago, they were used to them an also the need that type of dwelling.
