Plan de mejora de la Tourist Info ubicada en la Plaza del Ayuntamiento en Valencia (España)

Abstract

Una oficina de turismo influye decisivamente en la imagen que se da de la ciudad y hay que ser cuidadoso con ella. La ciudad de Valencia dispone de 6 oficinas de turismo repartidas por toda la ciudad, pero este trabajo se centrará en la que está ubicada en la Plaza del Ayuntamiento (actualmente la oficina más céntrica de la ciudad). Hemos observado algunos problemas en la citada oficina de turismo, que afectan tanto a los trabajadores como a los turistas, de modo que en este trabajo se analizan dichos problemas y se plantean soluciones con el fin de llegar al objetivo principal, que es mejorar la calidad del servicio que se ofrece. Durante la realización de este proyecto la oficina sufrió un cambio de localización, mejorando así uno de los problemas detectados, que era el espacio dentro de la oficina. Aun así, no se puede descuidar aquellos problemas que se han arrastrado y surgido en el nuevo emplazamiento.

A tourist info office is a decisively influence in the image of the city and is a must to be careful with her. The city of Valencia has 6 tourist offices dispersed around all the city, but this project will be focus on that located in Plaza del Ayuntamiento (nowadays is the most central office in the city).

This can be seen some problems in this tourist info office, that affect both workers and tourists for that reason this project analise these problems and raise solutions to reach the goal of have a improvement in the image of the city of the feeling that tourist can have when they are here spend their time. During the implementation of this project the office suffered a location change, improving in this way one of the detected problems which was the space inside the office. Even so, the problems from the old office and the others that have appeared in the new location, cannot be neglected.
