dc.description.abstract It has been observed for the first time that the binding of tropolone derivatives to human serum albumin (HSA) produce a high fluorescence promotion. Important evidence of the immobilization of these drugs into the protein has been found by UV-vis spectrometry. Moreover, the literature contradictions about the interactions between colchicine and HSA have been unequivocally resolved. es_ES
