Estudio de eficiencia energética y mejora de una vivienda unifamiliar

Abstract

[ES] El desarrollo de este proyecto surge por la necesidad de mejorar la eficiencia energética de una vivienda unifamiliar en fase de proyecto. Partiremos del estado inicial de la vivienda en proyecto, analizando los componentes que puedan afectar de manera directa en sus demandas energéticas y emisiones de CO2 con el fin de mejorarlas y conseguir una vivienda más eficiente. En primer lugar, introduciremos detalladamente en el programa informático CE3X los materiales que componen la envolvente del edificio y sus instalaciones, obteniendo la calificación inicial de este proyecto. Tras la calificación inicial y centrándonos en el cumplimiento del Documento Básico Ahorro de energía (DB HE), determinaremos los elementos que no cumplen con los parámetros exigidos en la normativa vigente y elaboraremos un estudio con todas las posibilidades de mejora. Dado que la vivienda se encuentra en fase de proyecto, no habrá ningún inconveniente en cambiar la composición de cualquiera de sus elementos, con el fin de mejorarlos. Recomendaremos una serie de mejoras para garantizar un nivel óptimo de confort en el interior de la vivienda y obtener una excelente calificación energética. Finalmente, se realizarán los presupuestos correspondientes a la vivienda inicial y a la vivienda con propuestas de mejoras, esto, nos va a permitir comparar el incremento de coste entre una solución y otra. Viendo que la eficiencia es más costosa, pero a largo plazo provoca una reducción en los gastos energéticos de la vivienda, amortizándose la inversión inicial.

[EN] The development of this project emerges because of the necessity of improving the energy efficiency of a single family home in project phase. We will start from the initial state of the home in project, analysing the components that can affect in a direct way in its energy demands and CO2 emissions, with the objective of improving them and get a more efficient home. In the first place, we will introduce meticulously the materials that make up the covering of the building and its facilities in the informatics programme CE3X, getting the initial category of this project. After the initial category and focusing on the initial compliance of the Basic Document of Energy Saving (DB HE), we will determine the elements that do not accomplish the parameters required in the current normative and we will prepare a study with all the possibilities of improvement. Taken into account that the home is in project phase, there will not be any inconvenient in changing the composition of any of its elements, with the objective of improving them. We recommend a series of improvements to guarantee an optimal level of comfort inside home and to get an excellent energy category. Finally, the budgets corresponding to the initial home and the home with improvements proposals will be done. This will allow us to compare the increase in cost between one solution and the other. We will prove that the efficiency is more expensive, but in the long term it provokes a reduction in the energy costs of the home, amortizing the initial investment.
