Plan Local de Prevención de Incendios Forestales del Término Municipal de Salem (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] ¿Uno de los mayores problemas que posee actualmente el territorio valenciano es la elevada recurrencia de incendios forestales, que contribuye en gran medida a aumentar el riesgo de desertificación y a la regresión de los ecosistemas. También el término municipal se tiene riesgo de incendios forestales que podrían recorrer gran parte de la superficie forestal del término . Es por ello que se propone el presente Plan Local de Prevención de Incendios Forestales cuya finalidad es disminuir el riesgo de incendios y evitar su inicio y propagación, mediante la zonificación del territorio en función del riesgo de incendios y la dotación de infraestructuras de apoyo a la extinción. El Plan concretará y adaptará las actuaciones propuestas en Planes de ámbito superior y hará especial hincapié en informar y concienciar a los habitantes del municipio para evitar incendios en el municipio por negligencias o intencionalidades.¿

[EN] One of the biggest problems that currently owns the Valencia region is the high recurrence of forest fires, which contributes greatly to increase the risk of desertification and to regression of ecosystems. The municipality also has risk of forest fires that could go much of the forest area of the term. That is why we proposed this Local Plan for Forest Fire Prevention which aims to reduce the risk of fire and prevent initiation and propagation, by zoning the territory according to the risk of fires and the provision of infrastructure support extinction. The Plan materialize and adapt the proposed actions on higher level plans and will emphasize inform and sensitize the inhabitants of the municipality to prevent fires in the town by negligence or intentionality.
