Valoración del Parque Natural la Font Roja mediante la aplicación del método AMUVAM

Abstract

[ES] Obtener el valor económico del Parque Natural la Font Roja es una herramienta muy importante para la conservación, protección y sostenibilidad de dicho activo. Al disponer de un indicador expresado en términos económicos, permite valorar y comparar los diferentes beneficios que este activo ambiental concede y mejorar la gestión de sus recursos.

En el trabajo que se va a realizar, se abordará la valoración ambiental del Parque Natural la Font Roja planteando para ello dos objetivos principales: el primer objetivo será calcular el Valor Económico Total (VET) del Parque Natural la Font Roja; el segundo objetivo será calcular el valor económico y la priorización de cada uno de los componentes que forman el VET. El VET está compuesto por el Valor de Uso Directo (VUD), el Valor de Uso Indirecto (VUI), el Valor de Opción (VO), el Valor de Existencia (VE) y el Valor de Legado (VL).

Para alcanzar estos objetivos se utilizara el método de valoración de activos ambientales AMUVAM. El método AMUVAM está basado en la agregación del proceso analítico jerárquico (AHP) y el método de actualización de rentas. Este método incluye en el cálculo todos los bienes y servicios de los activos ambientales, tanto los tangibles como los intangibles.

Para su aplicación, se seleccionara a un grupo de expertos del Parque Natural la Font Roja para la realización de una encuesta. De esta encuesta se obtendrá la priorización y ponderación de los componentes que forman el VET.

Mediante la aplicación del método AMUVAM se estimara el VET del Parque Natural la Font Roja, como también el valor económico del VUD, VUI, VO, VE, VL y sus respectivas priorizaciones.

A partir de los resultados obtenidos se deducirán las conclusiones pertinentes.

[EN] Obtaining the monetary value of the "La Font Roja" Natural Park is a very important tool for the conservation, protection and sustainability of such asset. Having an indicator expressed on economical terms, allow us for the valuation and comparison of the different benefits that this environmental asset offers and also improve the management of its resources.

The environmental valuation of the "La Font Roja" Natural Park will be tackle in this project, setting out two main objectives: the first objective will be the calculation of the Total Economic Value (VET) of the Natural Park; the second objective will be the calculation of the monetary value and the prioritisation of each component that form the VET. The VET is make up by the Direct Use Value (VUD), the Indirect Use Value (VUI), the Option Value (VO), the Existence Value (VE) and the Legacy Value (VL).

To achieve these objectives, the valuation method of the environmental assets AMUVAM will be used. The AMUVAM method, based on the aggregation of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the income updating method. This method includes in the calculation all the goods and services of the environmental assets, both tangible and intangible.

For its application, a group of experts from the "La Font Roja" Natural Park will be selected to carry out a survey. From this survey we will obtain the prioritisation and the weighing of the components that form the VET.

By the application of the AMUVAM method, the VET of the "La Font Roja" Natural Park will be estimated, as well as the economical value of the VUD, VUI, VO, VE, VL and its respective prioritisations.

From the obtained results, the pertinent conclusions will be deduced.
