VIDA ESCONDIDA: REANIMACIÓN DE RESIDUOS INDUSTRIALES, CUANDO PINTURA, ESCULTURA Y ANIMACIÓN TROPIEZAN

Abstract

[EN] In the work, the valuable defines the waste turned into a fact. And then I wonder whether that’s what gives value or the simple handling collecting waste. In constant development, chance plays an important role in the artistic creation process and the unexpected events usually are welcome. Cut, assemble and paint never made me afraid. Recycling, expression and diversity are joined to give thoughts and inquisitiveness meaning, which join together making up an own language. Therefore. most of works revolve around an oneiric world in which any waste makes sense. My artistic and inquisitiveness interests are based on chance as creative process, that does not mean that reason isn ́t part of it. Each one of those works are a selection of thoughts, processes and materials which become the work. A pieces that beyond understand I hope you enjoy, when seeing you can dream of and imagine that part of the story, your part. Many of them will have a background, others a long way to go

[ES] En la obra lo valioso enmarca al desecho convertido en hecho. Y entonces me cuestiono si es eso lo que le da valor o la sencilla manipulación reuniendo residuos. En continua evolución, el azar juega un papel importante en el proceso de creación y los imprevistos suelen ser bien recibidos. Cortar, ensamblar y pintar nunca me han dado miedo. Reciclaje, expresión y variedad se funden para dar sentido a pensamientos e inquietudes que se unen formando un lenguaje propio. Por ello la mayoría de obras giran en torno a un mundo onírico en el que cualquier desecho cobra sentido. Mis intereses artísticos e inquietudes parten del azar como proceso creativo, eso no quiere decir que la razón no forme parte también de ello. Cada uno de estos trabajos son un compendio de pensamientos, procesos y materiales que dan como resultado la obra. Unas piezas que más allá de comprender espero que disfrutes, que al verlas puedas soñar e imaginar esa parte del cuento, tu parte. Muchas de ellas tendrán una historia detrás, otras un camino por recorrer.
