DIAGNÓSTICO Y ESTADO DE CONSERVACIÓN DE LA PORTADA DE LA IGLESIA "NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LOS ÁNGLES" -. ALBENTOSA (TERUEL)

Abstract

[EN] This study focuses on the Cover of the Church well known as “Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles” of Albentosa, a town located in the province of Teruel, community of Aragon, Spain. The main goal of this research has been to diag - nose and assess the conservation status of this piece of work art. The study is about a plateresque style cover from the late sixteenth to the early seven - teenth centuries. The phases of this project are gathering information both historical, iconographic, stylistic and compositional level, and the constituent material of the monument, the processing technique used and the action of the environment in which it is located. Also its effect on the state conser - vation work. As a result we obtain information on several restorations over the years and the collection of all the damage issues of the piece. Finally, it has allowed us to locate the enclave of the work, gathering information and collecting data about the deterioration of the main cover, facing a future con - servation and restoration of the cover.

[ES] Este trabajo se centra en la Portada de la Iglesia de “Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles” ubicada en Albentosa, municipio de la provincia de Teruel en la comunidad de Aragón, España. El objetivo principal de este trabajo ha sido diagnosticar y evaluar el estado de conservación de la obra. Se trata de una Portada de estilo plateresco datada entre finales del S.XVI y principios del S.XVII. Las fases del presente estudio son la recopilación de información tan - to a nivel histórico, iconográfico, estilístico y compositivo, como del material constitutivo del monumento, la técnica de elaboración empleada y su esta - do de conservación. Como resultado obtenemos información sobre diversas restauraciones a lo largo de los años, así como la recopilación de todos los deterioros que contiene la obra. Finalmente, ha permitido localizar el enclave de la obra, así como recabar datos de cara a una futura conservación y res - tauración de la Portada
