NATURALEZA INNATA. PROCESOS DE EXPERIMENTACIÓN EN LA XILOGRAFÍA

Abstract

[EN] The project which has for name Innate Nature . Experimentation processes in woodcut are formed by a set of woodcut pieces with the following formats: Three of them with 50x50 cm, one of 16,5x66 cm and another with 16,5x88 cm. Set in which is reflected, in one side, an evolutionary a nd experimental process in the w oo dcut language, and in an other hand, the graphic expression of an idea: the co nnection of the woman with the Mother E arth, and contempla ting different concepts of it. In these prints have been embodied a serie s of own thoughts which show this idea and its link with the wood, with the woodcut

[ES] El proyecto que tiene como nombre Naturaleza innata. Procesos de experimentación en la xilografía está conformado por un políptico xilográfico de varios formatos en el que se ha hecho uso de la combinación de la propia matriz y de la estampa, para así poder percibir de una manera visual pero a su vez táctil del conjunto de xilografías que conforman este proyecto. En él se refleja, por una parte, un proceso evolutivo y experimental en el lenguaje xilográfico, y por otra el concepto: la unión de la mujer con la Madre Tierra y diferentes conceptos sobre ella.
