SOMOS COMO MIRAMOS. ASPECTOS FORMALES DE LA REPRESENTACIÓN EN ILUSTRACIÓN

Abstract

[EN] This master final work is a theoretical and practical research that is based on a special concern for the formal aspects of representation in the illustration. It begins with a small historical background tour through some of the theories that revise, question and reflect on form; and this same theoretical framework serves as the basis for an analysis of the work of illustrators and artists who have been influential in the development of my own work. All with the aim of becoming aware of the formal constants in my work and understanding that outer form is not an empty shell but a bridge to the beat of my inner soul formed by sensations, feelings, emotions, imaginations, memories, and thoughts.

[ES] Este trabajo de investigación teórico-práctico, se fundamenta en una especial preocupación por los aspectos formales de la representación en la ilustración. Comienza con un pequeño recorrido histórico por algunas de las teorías que revisan, cuestionan y reflexionan sobre la forma; y, este marco teórico, sirve de base para la realización de un análisis de la obra de ilustradores y artistas influyentes en el desarrollo de la obra propia. Todo ello con el objetivo de conseguir tomar conciencia de las constantes formales en mi trabajo y entendiendo que esa forma exterior no es una carcasa vacía sino un puente hacia la pulsación interior de mis pensamientos.
