Algunas cuestiones del mecenazgo y el patrimonio cultural

Abstract

[EN] This work aims to think on the cultural patronage and cultural heritage, afther the publication of the Foral Law 2/2014, passed on May 16th, regulating the cultural patronage and its tax incentives in Navarre and the Law 9/2014, passed on December 29th, of the Generalitat, impulse activity and cultural patronage in the Comunitat Valenciana and its consideration as a protective measure in the area of the culture. The study will include the activities, methods and subject beneficiaries, as well as the differences between the studied regulations

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene por objeto reflexionar sobre el mecenazgo cultural y el patrimonio cultural, tras la publicación de la Ley Foral 2/2014, de 16 de mayo, reguladora del mecenazgo cultural y de sus incentivos fiscales en la Comunidad Foral de Navarra y la Ley 9/2014, de 29 de diciembre, de la Generalitat, de impulso de la actividad y del mecenazgo cultural en la Comunitat Valenciana y su consideración como medida de protección en el ámbito de la cultura. El estudio comprenderá las actividades, modalidades y sujetos beneficiarios, así como las diferencias entre las normativas estudiadas
