dc.description.abstract | [EN] In this memory, I present my final work of grade of practical type. As its title suggests, has been to develop the concept game for a 2D platform game, including concept art of characters and scenarios, GUI elements (such as me - ters life and magic), a description of the underlying story and mechanical fundamentals of the game. The role of color in the video game, linked to the history, the spatial context and the player’s actions, has led to the development of a set of criteria and standards in the process of creating the concept art of the game. Resulting in a series of ranges corresponding to each of the environments, which affect both the stage and the characters and props. As part of this self-restraint, I have provided the game Chromatic coherence and diversity necessary to provide a good gaming experience. Every color of the rainbow is associated with a level of the game, tying both a thematic and sensations (or feelings) that affect the design of the characters and other graphic elements. The color affects not only the visual aspect, but participates in the game me - chanics, while relevant to achieving the goals of the game, acting on move - ment and attack options of the player and enemies, whose subsequent be - havior will affect the status of other game elements, such as doors and traps. The purpose of this work is to apply the knowledge learned during the course of the grade in the first phase of a personal project, which would further de - velop and allow me to show my work in a professional context | es_ES |
| es_ES |
