Desarraigo. Una propuesta de relación entre el transfer y las Migraciones

Abstract

[EN] In this Final project is create d a relation ship between the anthropologic concept of uprooting, the action of transferring people a nd the artistic language and the technique of transfer. The aim of making this connection is to create a series of artworks and an exhibition project that includes the thematic frame of the migrations , kind of migrations , reasons and social and emotional c onsequences - with the field of artistic experimentation of transferring images. The document establishes, first, a conceptual frame in which is developed the difference bet ween terms that normally are use d in an ambiguous way - exile, emigrant, immigrant, etc. – in order to use them properly and have a clear idea about the conceptual frame of each artwork . From this inve stigation on the migrations which started from the personal experience of the artist, she has created a series of art works concerning the same topic: the emotional consequences of transferring people from one place to another . Hereby, terms as ‘ transfer ’ renew his meaning and act as metaphors that connect, in this case, the movement or transfer of people with the technique of transfer

[ES] En este Trabajo Final de Grado se relacion an el concepto antropológico de d esarraigo y la transferencia de personas con el lengu aje artístico y la técnica del transfe r . El fin que persigue este vínculo es crear un proyecto expositivo que englobe el marco temático de las migraciones – sus tipologías, causas y consecuencias sociales y emocionales – con e l campo de experimentación artís tica de la transferencia de imágenes . El documento establece , en primer lugar , un marco conceptual en el que se desarrolla la diferencia entre términos que normalmente se utilizan de manera ambigua – e xilio, emig rante, inmigrante, etc. – para utilizarlos de manera correcta y diferenciar la temática de cada obra. A partir de esta investigación sobre las migraciones y de la experiencia personal de la artista, se crean una serie de obras plá sticas en torno al mismo tema: l as consecuencias emocionales de la tran sferencia de personas de un lugar a otro. De esta manera, términos como transferencia , común a ambos mu ndos, el político - social y el plástico , renuevan su signific a do y actúan como metáforas que enlazan , en este caso, la “transferencia de personas” con la técnica de la “transferencia de imágenes”.
