CARNE Y METAFÍSICA. LO DE FUERA Y LO DE DENTRO

Abstract

[EN] Carne y Metafísica (Flesh and Metaphysics) is a section of a photographic project that was born in Milan city which I decided to materialize as art ins - tallations in order to create different spaces where the deepest inner self is explored . In this project, I propose a set of art installations that provide reflections about the confrontation between tangible and intangible, like body and soul. Flesh and metaphysics. The art pieces selected for this exhibition are shown in different rooms. The spaces are apparently independent but the are sharing a common thread. This project shows the different divided spaces of the exhibition room as a place where a sensory-guided introspection process is happening. The aim of the spaces is to pour emotions into the audiece to take them back to their own feelings regarding self-memories. The intermediate space emerging from flesh and metaphysics is a space whe - re there is an offer to self-approach

[ES] Carne y Metafísica parte de un proyecto fotográfico nacido en la ciudad de Milán, el cual he decidido materializar en forma de instalaciones creando así varios espacios en los que se explora el ser más interno. En este proyecto, propongo un conjunto de instalaciones que ofrecen re - flexiones sobre el enfrentamiento entre lo tangible, como es el cuerpo, y lo intangible, como es el alma. La carne y la metafísica. Las piezas elegidas para la exposición se muestran en distintas salas indepen - dientes aparentemente, aunque con un hilo conductor común. El proyecto muestra los distintos espacios divididos de la sala de exposiciones como un lugar donde se produce un proceso de introspección guiada por lo sensorial, un lugar donde trato de verter sensaciones que recuerden sentimientos que el espectador posee. El espacio intermedio que surge entre la carne y la metafísica es un espacio donde se propone un acercamiento a uno mismo .
