Uso alternativo a espacios de transición en la ETSIE

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal de este Trabajo Final de Grado consiste en averiguar qué aspectos espaciales y de uso de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de Edificación (ETSIE) son mejorables a ojos de los alumnos, así como tratar de resolver de una manera eficaz estas necesidades. Se trata de analizar a través de estudios estadísticos qué opinión generan los espacios comunes, tales como el hall, el salón de actos, reprografía o la biblioteca. Una vez obtenidas y analizadas las opiniones de los estudiantes de la Escuela, se establece un filtro para dar prioridad a aquellas intervenciones que sean más necesarias. El grueso del trabajo consiste en resolver, manteniendo la distribución del edificio, todas aquellas necesidades que se presenten, tanto por cuestiones de localización dentro del mismo, como de uso, de equipamiento, de iluminación e incluso de mobiliario. Para finalizar, se anexa un presupuesto en el que se puede ver el coste aproximado de cada una de las intervenciones a realizar, donde se observa la viabilidad y aplicación real de todas ellas.

[EN] The principal aim of this Final Work of Degree sewed in verifying what spatial aspects and of use of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Edificación they are improvable to eyes of the pupils who study, as well as to try to solve in an effective way the above mentioned needs. It is a question of analyzing across stadistical studies what opinion they generate the common, such spaces as the hall, the assembly hall, copy shop or the library. Once obtained and analyzed the opinions of the students of the School, a filter is established to give priority to those interventions that are more necessary. The thickness of the work consists of resolving, supporting the distribution of the building, all those needs that they present, so much for questions of location inside the same one, since of use, of equipment, of lighting and enclosedly of furniture. To finish, there is annexed a budget in which it is possible to see the approximate cost of each one of the interventions to realizing, where the viability and application is observed of all of them.
