Estudio de las características de un amortiguador para moto de competición

Abstract

[ES] Este TFG tiene como objetivo el estudio de las características dinámicas de un amortiguador para una motocicleta de competición de velocidad. Las tareas a lleva a cabo para la elaboración de este trabajo, serán: - Determinar los parámetros de funcionamiento; recorrido, velocidad y fuerzas de amortiguamiento - Dimensionado de los componentes internos - Estimación del coeficiente de amortiguamiento - Cálculo de las fuerzas características del amortiguador

[EN] In this final work degree there will be studied the characteristics of a rear damper for a competition motorbike. A review of the history of the shock absorbers will be made and will study the types of suspensions that exist as well as the type of valves and the possible configurations that they have. Afterwards, the calculations and the sizing of the internal components will be carried out to achieve the desired characteristics. Finally there will achieved the characteristics curves of the mentioned damper, which are the compression and extension forces against the pressures an velocities after making the necessary changes.
